Clare has worked in school libraries for over 25 years. She is Head of Research Centre at the International School of London, an IB World school where she is responsible for the libraries and the ISL Research Institute. She sits on the ECIS Library and Information Services Committee organising professional development opportunities for librarians, and is active in a number of UK and international librarianship groups. She is a member of CILIP: The Library and Information Association, the School Library Association and the International Center for Academic Integrity. Clare has co-written a series of articles about school librarianship for SecEd and taken part in podcasts discussing various elements of the role of the librarian.
