For many library and information professionals, the most challenging phase begins afterwards — when roles have shifted, expectations feel different, and previously familiar work may suddenly feel uncertain or exposing.

Confidence can wobble. Responsibilities may feel unclear. It can seem as though everyone else is adapting more easily.

This four-session Empower series provides a psychologically safe, coaching-informed space to explore the realities of working after a restructure or organisational change. Participants will examine confidence, clarity, identity, and adjustment while developing practical strategies for regaining stability, professional confidence, and forward momentum.
