This practical, strengths-based session focuses on how to navigate difficult moments with clarity, care, and firm boundaries – without burning out or damaging relationships.

Rather than avoiding conflict or pushing through it, participants will learn how to handle tension in ways that protect energy, psychological safety, and dignity on all sides.

The difference between kindness, niceness, and people-pleasing
