Neuroinclusive leadership isn’t about labels, diagnoses, or getting everything right. It’s about creating team cultures where people feel safe to be themselves, and where their strengths can actually be used.

In this half-day session, participants explore what strengths-based, neuroinclusive leadership looks like in practice, and why psychological safety is essential for team performance, wellbeing, and retention. We’ll examine the hidden cost of masking at work, including burnout, disengagement, and lost talent, and look at how everyday leadership habits can either drain or support people’s energy.

The session focuses on practical, realistic approaches to building energy-aware, expectation-clear teams. Through real-world scenarios, participants will practise shifting from deficit-based thinking (“what’s wrong”) to strengths-based leadership (“what helps this person and team do their best work”).

This session is designed for managers, leaders, and anyone with responsibility for shaping team culture. It is grounded in kindness, clarity, and systems thinking, not perfection.
