This on-demand course and resource library brings together everything you need to manage overload in a sustainable, kind and realistic way — without hustle culture, guilt or endless productivity hacks.

The central idea running through all the materials is simple but powerful: time isn’t your most precious resource — attention and energy are.

The core workshop and tools were originally recorded as part of Empower, where they were delivered live to library and information professionals as part of a wider programme focused on sustainable, people-centred ways of working. They have now been carefully brought together into a standalone, self-paced course and resource hub, so you can work through them in your own time and return to them whenever you need.
