A 12-week live burnout recovery programme for people who are ready to stop pushing through and begin again gently

Renewed Self Live is a trauma-aware, kindness-led burnout recovery programme designed to help you understand what has been happening, rebuild your capacity, and reconnect with yourself in a more humane way.

This is not about fixing yourself, forcing yourself back into productivity, or pretending a few quick tips can undo years of pressure.

It is a supported recovery journey for people who have been carrying too much, for too long, and need structure, compassion, reflection and practical tools to begin finding their way back.

Across 12 sessions, you’ll be guided through the emotional, physical and practical layers of burnout recovery — from understanding burnout patterns and redefining rest, to boundaries, body awareness, connection, resilience and renewal.

How the live programme works

Each week, a new session module will open on a Sunday, giving you time to explore the materials before we meet live.

The live group coaching session then takes place on the following Wednesday from:

7:00pm–8:30pm UK time

These sessions will combine teaching, coaching, reflection and gentle group discussion. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share more than you want to.

There will be two planned break weeks to allow space for integration and rest:

Integrate what you have learned and create a gentler way forward

The investment for Renewed Self Live is £2,000.

You can pay in full, or choose to spread the cost across 3 instalments. Your place is confirmed once your first payment has been received, and you’ll receive access to the programme materials from 15th June 2026.

The instalment option is designed to make the programme more accessible while still giving you the full live experience, including all 12 modules, live group coaching sessions, workbooks, tools and integration weeks.
