Rather than offering a quick fix or promising full burnout recovery, this pilot version provides a stabilising pause — space to slow down, regain a sense of steadiness, and make sense of what may be contributing to your exhaustion.

This self-guided format allows you to move at your own pace, without the pressure of live sessions or group participation.

Across four structured modules, you’ll be supported to:
